The Incremental Staking Plan

This plan is very similar to the Fibonnaci Plan, however, instead of using the Fibonacci sequence, it is based on the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Your first bet starts at number 1, if this bet loses, you slide one step down to number 2, this continues until either you hit number 7, where you stay, or until you win. When the bet wins, you climb up the ladder, BUT you only climb up the number of points you have won.

Now, you need to assosiate these numbers with your stake, and this is done likewise

Betting Bank Stake Per Point
£50 £1
£100 £2
etc (Bank / 50)

This plan will make more sense to look at an example, based upon a Betting Bank of £100

Selection Increment Stake Finished Balance
Horse #1 1 £2 3rd £98
Horse #2 2 £4 2nd £94
Horse #3 3 £6 WON @ 2/1 £106
Horse #4 3 - 2 = 1 £2 4th £104
Horse #5 2 £4 UR £100
Horse #6 3 £6 2nd £94
Horse #7 4 £8 5th £86
Horse #8 5 £10 3rd £76
Horse #9 6 £12 WON @ 5/2 £106
Horse #10 6 - 3 = 3 £6 2nd £100
Horse #11 4 £8 Fell £92
Horse #12 5 £10 WON @ 2/1 £112

Horse #10 Increment was reduced by 3, as 5/2 = 2.5, rounded up to 3.

Advantages
  • As you can see from the above table, the greatest stakes are on the winners, and obviously less on losers.
  • You stake a really small figure straight after a win, which promotes a feeling of relief, and almost joy if that horses LOSES, to enable you to stake a higher amount on the next race. A feeling of joy when your horse loses is a very rare thing indeed!
  • The increase in stakes are smaller than Fibonacci, and thus can sustain you for longer
  • If the odds you win at are very small, your stake doesn't reset back to the start, but continues at a slightly reduced stake, waiting for a better winner
Disadvantages
  • A long losing run will hit you hard, and can break your bank fast.
  • Consecutive winners, will not win you as much money as LSP.
  • After a long losing run, you will be staking large sums, and if you do get a winner, if the price is small, you will continue to stake large sums, which could mean you break your bank quicker.
Summary
  • Number of losing bets to halve the initial Betting Bank : 7
  • Number of losing bets to break the initial Betting Bank : 11
  • This is a VERY HIGH RISK Staking Plan
